Cancellation Policy

Guest receives 100.00 % (less $199.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival. 50% of booking is required at time of booking to hold the reservation.

Notice to Guests Regarding Responsibility for Damage not Covered by or in excess of the property damage coverage include in the rental check in – welcome package check list your rental occupancy conduct requirements, including a statement that even thought the guest is & insured pursuant to the terms of the protection certificate, the guests is responsible not covered by or in excess of the property damage coverage.

All units are Key Code entry so you will receive your code the day of ck in, by email or via text, once the unit is ready & prior to the 4pm Check in time. This information is obviously essential to your vacation so please make sure when you book with us that you give us a valid e-mail address and correct contact number and that you don’t have spam blocker or put our e-mail address on your spam blocker.

Check in is at 4PM, we DO NOT allow early check in requests, we do however, send the check in info as soon as the unit is ready for check in and prior to the 4pm check in time.

Check out is at 10AM. Again, NO LATE DEPARTURE (unless already arranged at booking). If you are not checked out by 10am, renter will be accessed a $50 per half hour charge until guests are completely out of the unit.

HURRICANE POLICY….As hurricane season approaches, please be aware Anchors Away Rentals will issue refunds only in the event of a mandatory evacuation order. The state and county authorities do not take storms lightly. If the conditions are present that make it likely for a hurricane to make landfall in our area, they will issue an evacuation order well in advance of a storm. Refunds will NOT be issued for winds and rain associated with the outer bands of a storm. We strongly encourage our guests considering purchasing travel insurance as a means of protecting their vacation.

COVID POLICY……Our COVID policy remains the same as in 2020. Anchors Away Rentals will NOT issue a refund for a positive COVID diagnosis or COVID related fears on cancellations within our normal 60 cancellation window. Refunds will be issued should the local Florida or state government order a shutdown of all establishments and beaches. We strongly recommend our guests consider all travel insurance options as a means of protection.
